Mobile
Friday 16th January - CHG0064733
Manx Telecom engineers will be carrying out essential maintenance on the mobile network over the weekend of 16th January.
We do not anticipate any impact to customers during this work. However, in the unlikely event of any issues, customers may need to restart (power cycle) their mobile device.
Tuesday 20th January - CHG0064800
Manx Telecom will be performing maintenance on our MMS platform.
Mobile customers may experience a delay in sending or receiving MMS during the maintenance window.

Fixed Line
Saturday 12th January - INC0231755
We are actively investigating a problem causing payment transactions from POTS (Fixed) lines via 625625 to fail.
Please rest assured that our team is working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. Payments made from mobile lines are not impacted and continue to work as normal.

Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Fixed Line network.
Customers in Douglas Central and surrounding areas will experience a loss of service for up to 10 minutes within the maintenance window.
