Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Emergency work is required to replace faulty hardware and resolve the fibre issue in Laxey (INC0224821).
    The change will cause a brief outage for fibre customers in the area

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue affecting a small number of Fibre Broadband customers in the Ballacannell Estate area of Laxey. Affected customers may experience some disruption to Broadband service until this has been resolved.

    Manx Utilities will be carrying out maintenance in the Ballakissack Farm / School Lane area of Santon.


    No impact is expected to the Manx Telecom Broadband DSL services as our site will be on battery backup for the duration of the maintenance window.
