Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    We are pleased to report that there are no issues on our Broadband network.

  • Mobile

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Mobile Network.

    During this change there will be a loss of signal in the following areas:

    Albert Tower
    Kings Court
    Jurby
    Bungalow

    Maintenance window: 22:00 29/06/2026 - 01:00 30/06/2026

    Customers in Jurby, Bride, Sulby and surrounding areas will experience reduced 4G data coverage during the maintenance window.
