Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Thursday 29th January - INC0231901

    Manx Telecom engineers are aware of damage to Internet services in the Ballaugh area due to the recent storm. 

    We are working to restore all services and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Manx Telecom is aware of an issue affecting a small number of Fibre Broadband customers in the Bircham Avenue area of Ramsey.

    Our engineering team are working to resolve the fault and restore service as quickly as possible.

  • Fixed Line

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Fixed Line network.

    Some customers in the central Ramsey area will experience a brief loss of service lasting up to five minutes during the maintenance window.

    Maintenance window: 27/01/2026 10:00 – 30/01/2026 15:00
