Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue affecting the Union Mills Snugborough area. Engineers are currently working on a fix for this. Manx Telecom apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Mobile

    Thursday 27th January

    Manx Telecom apologises for the continuing reduced mobile coverage in the Sulby area.

    Work to replace the damaged main mast and restore full service is still being progressed, subject to contractor availability and weather. 

    A degree of 2G, 3G and 4G coverage to the area is currently being provided by a temporary solution installed at the site.

    The areas that may be affected are Sulby Village & Sulby Claddaghs and the surrounding areas up to and including: The Curraghs Wildlife Park, Jurby Road between St Judes and Ramsey, Lezayre Road between Sulby and Ramsey, between St Judes and Kerroogarroo and between St Judes and Sandygate.

Our shop opens: Mon/Weds/Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am-5.30pm; Tues 10am-5.30pm; Sun 12pm-4pm.
