Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Wednesday 12th November 2025 - CHG0064080

    Manx Telecom engineers will be performing essential maintenance on their broadband network. During this work there will be up to an hour outage on all broadband services across the island. 

    After the work is complete, if you still can not access the internet, please first reboot your router. If the issue persists please call the help line.

  • Mobile  

    Tuesday 11th November 2025 - CHG0064189

    Manx Telecom engineers will be performing essential updates on the mobile network. During this change customers will be unable to send or receive MMS messages. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
