Mobile
Friday 21st November - CHG0064284
Manx Telecom engineers will be carrying out essential maintenance on the Mobile Network during the weekend of 21st November.
We do not anticipate any impact to customer services during this activity. However, in the unlikely event of any disruption, customers may need to restart their mobile devices.
All work is scheduled to be completed by Monday 24th November at 08:00.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to maintain and improve the reliability of our network.

Engineers will be performing essential maintenance on the mobile network, no service disruption is expected during the maintenance window.

Fixed Line
Wednesday 26th November - CHG0064343
Engineers will be performing essential maintenance to the fixed line network.
During this work customers will loose fixed line services for a period of up to 10 minutes while the new hardware is fitted and brought into service.
Customers in the Douglas Central area will be affected by this work.
