Manx Telecom Future Ready Wi-Fi, Future Ready Fibre Products, Future Ready Talk Over Fibre and Future Ready Talk Only Tariffs - 1st August 2025

From 1st August 2025 we will be launching a new range of Fibre products named Future Ready Wi-Fi and Future Ready Fibre. These will be available to order from 1 August, for installation approximately mid-September.

Offered with 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 200Mbps, 500Mbps and 1000Mbps Maximum Speed options. Future Ready Wi-Fi offers dynamic IP address connections and Future Ready Fibre are provided with a single static IP address.

Our Fibre broadband services are advertised with the average speed that customers can expect to receive at peak hours - between 8pm and 10pm - and when our broadband networks are at their busiest. We know from customer feedback that understanding the speed expected when our networks are busy is important to you. We will provide you with the best possible average speeds and broadband service which extends to include your in-home Wi-Fi experience.

Future Ready Wi-Fi products include a Hardware package providing enhanced Wi-Fi 6 router and Wi-Fi 6 EasyMesh extender. Hardware package upgrade options are also available for customers with larger properties along with additional EasyMesh extender options.

Wi-Fi support during and after installation; remote support to improve in-home Wi-Fi and for connecting new devices; maintenance and replacement support for routers and EasyMesh Wi-Fi extenders throughout a customer’s contract term. Routers and Extenders include device software which ensures the best Wi-Fi performance along with remote Wi-Fi support and management along with intuitive home-use support via mobile app.

Future Ready Fibre, static IP, products are offered with no included hardware package

From 1st August we will also launch Future Ready Fibre - Talk Only and Future Ready Fibre - Talk Only Low User tariffs, these are speed restricted tariffs for use where customers require telephony service in Fibre served areas but do not require internet access.

New Talk Over Fibre and Talk Only Products

Also, from 1st August 2025 we will be launching a new range of voice over Fibre tariffs for use with the new Future Ready Fibre Services, these are named Future Ready Talk Over Fibre and Future Ready Talk Only.

Future Ready Talk Over Fibre and Future Ready Talk Only are provided with Manx Telecom voice tariffs Anytime, Evenings and Weekends, Weekends and Basic.

Future Ready Talk Only Low User is available for customers in Fibre Only areas who only require a telephone line for emergency or infrequent use and is provided with the Manx Telecom Voice Tariff Low User. No internet service is available, restrictions apply
