From 26^th March 2026 we will be launching a new range of Fibre products offered with 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 200Mbps, 500Mbps and 1000Mbps Maximum Speed options. Manx Telecom consumer Fibre Wi-Fi offers dynamic IP address connections with 24 Month Contract Term as standard.

All Fibre Wi-Fi products include a Nokia Corteca Router with its unique Corteca support ecosystem – this is specially designed to deliver optimal service quality and customer experience when deployed with Manx Telecom’s Nokia Broadband Networks.  Features and benefits include;

• A wide choice of rented router and Wi-Fi extender options to suit each customer’s budget and property
• A cloud-based user support system to optimise performance and in-home Wi-Fi coverage
• A mobile app providing customers a range of enhanced tools and services to include:
  • Family profiles – app managed parental security controls
  • Guest network profiles – app managed access control and QR login systems
  • Network health checks and optimisation tools
  • Network speed tests – validate your purchased average speed at peak hours
  • Data usage monitoring

Our Fibre broadband services are advertised with the average speed that customers can expect to receive at peak hours - between 8pm and 10pm - and when our broadband networks are at their busiest.  We know from customer feedback that understanding the speed expected when our networks are busy is important to you.  We will provide you with the best possible average speeds and broadband service which extends to include your in-home Wi-Fi experience.

Our new Fibre Wi-Fi products include an enhanced Wi-Fi 6 router as standard. A range of router upgrade options are also available for customers with larger properties along with additional EasyMesh extender options.

Wi-Fi support during and after installation; remote support to improve in-home Wi-Fi and for connecting new devices; maintenance and replacement support for routers and any EasyMesh Wi-Fi extenders throughout a customer’s contract term.

We will also be launching equivalent Fibre products with 6 Month contract terms, ideal for those in short term lease accommodation.
