How to search for recordings

Users can search for any recording content from the recordings page. At the top of the page there is a search box that uses simple internet based searching to find calls using any criteria in the metadata. For example, the Manx Telecom Voice Recording user - typing Jon in the search bar will display all calls to and from the user Jon to further narrow the search results you can also search for other terms for example adding a space and the word sales will retrieve calls involving John that have also been tagged as sales for more advanced search click the arrow at the side of the search bar here you can filter by specific users as well as by date and time. When filtering by date you can choose a set period or create custom date ranges you can even filter by the time of day to narrow your search query.
