How to share recordings

The Manx Telecom Voice Recording web application provides a highly secure way to share recordings that doesn't require users to download a file. To share a call, click on the share icon on the right hand side of the recording, a pop up window will open where you can enter the email address you want to send the recording too.

There is a preset message that you can edit to give the recipient information about the call. Before sharing the recording you must click the check box to confirm you understand the call is being shared, a confirmation that the email has been sent will appear. The recipient will receive an email with a link to the recording for security. This link is only available for the next 24 hours or for a maximum of 50 plays, whichever comes first. By clicking the listen button the recording opens in a web browser. The recipient can press the play button to listen to the recording.
