How to Tag Recordings

You can tag recordings to make them easier to find in the future. Tags are shown as blue boxes underneath recordings. Tags can be added to a call by pressing the tag icon in the bottom right of a recording, this opens the tag dialogue box where you can add custom tags for example, sales once you press save the box will close and the tag would have been added to the recording. Tags make it easy to search for calls for example typing sales will retrieve all calls that have been tagged sales.
