Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on those service. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

Fixed Line

Wednesday 3rd June 2020 23:00

Manx Telecom are aware of a fault affecting a small number of fixed line customers in the Central Douglas area. The affected customers may experience call failures from their fixed line (broadband and mobile services are unaffected)

Engineers will be working to resolve this during daylight hours tomorrow.
