Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on those service. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.


Mobile

Manx Telecom are aware that a number of scam calls and SMS are being received by some of our customers.

This is currently being investigated by our engineers.

Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Manx Telecom broadband speeds during peak times. 

Some Manx Telecom broadband customers may experience reduced broadband speeds during peak times 19:00 - 22:00.
