Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting some fibre broadband services in the Kirk Michael area. Our engineering teams are actively investigating. We appreciate your patience as we work to identify and resolve the root cause.

    Engineers will be replacing a Telegraph pole at Mount Bradda Douglas, because of this there will be a minor service disruption to customers who are connected via the existing pole while they are migrated over to the new infrastructure. The service disruption should be no longer than 30-minutes.
