Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

• Mobile

  Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance to the Mobile network.

  Customers in the Castletown, Ronaldsway & Foxdale areas may experience service disruption during the maintenance window.

  Maintenance window: 22:00 13/04/2026 - 01:00 14/04/2026

  Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance to the Mobile network.

  Customers in the in the Tromode, Onchan Village Walk, Governors Hill, Circular Road, Douglas Quay, Creg ny Baa, Beary Park & Braddan areas may experience service disruption during the maintenance window.

  Maintenance window: 22:00 14/04/2026 - 01:00 15/04/2026

• Fixed Line

  Tuesday 7th April 2026 - CHG0065432

  Manx Telecom will be carrying out maintenance on their Fixed Line network in St Johns.

  Customers in St Johns and surrounding areas will experience a loss of service for up to 10 minutes during the maintenance window.
