Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

Fixed Line

Monday 10th May 2021

Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance in the Douglas North Exchange. Fixed line subscribers in the Douglas North area may experience a loss of dial tone for up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window.

Voice Mail

Tuesday 11th May - Friday 14th May

From the 11th - 14th May, Manx Telecom will be performing an upgrade on a platform that include Voicemail, Speaking Clock and Recorded Information Services. Some services will be migrated during normal hours as these are not expected to impact our customers, but between 23:30 on the 13th May and 01:30 am on the 14th May, access to voicemail will be limited and it may not be possible to leave or retrieve voicemail messages. This includes Recorded Information Services.
