All prices are excluding VAT at 20%.

*All products are provided with 1 fixed IP address as standard. If you require multiple fixed IP addresses, please contact us.

Tariffs to be taken over a 24-month minimum term.

Any change of service including regrade of service or change of installation address will invoke a new 24 month Minimum Period of Service. When making any change to the service, if the service you are subscribed to has subsequently been withdrawn from sale you will be required to regrade to an equivalent current-sale service.

Fibre Broadband Services

Installation is included subject to site survey and may incur additional charges. Service requires a Manx Telecom engineer to fit an Optimal Network Termination (ONT) point. 

Service As Standard

All our products come with the promise of a unique Manx-based service package. Our belief in the value of Service Level Agreements is total, and our commitment to them absolute. Each Service Level Agreement is tailored to meet each client’s most demanding needs. In addition, we require and implement equally rigorous Service Level Agreements with our suppliers.

Our business broadband plans come with Service Care Level 4 which can be upgraded to Service Care Level 2. Level 2 provides a priority fault resolution service.

  • Faults cleared by 5pm on the next working day following report
  • Operates between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday including IOM Public Holidays
  • Chargeable out of hours engineering attendance available upon request
  • Faults cleared by midnight 5 working days after the day reported
  • Operates between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding IOM Public Holidays
  • Out of hours engineering attendance not available

Our considerable experience of managing large networks - including the Isle of Man Government’s ConnectMann network – plus our 24 Hour Service Operations Centre, enables us to offer managed network services to corporate customers both on-Island, and around the World.

All of our business connectivity services can be provided as managed, from Broadband through to Dedicated Internet Access (MPLS).
